Stopped Development - There are administrative, customisation and funding issues that need to be tackled. Among them is the Philippine National Red Cross directive to centralise their web pages - disallowing chapters to own sites aside from Facebook pages. I need a sponsor to bring this up to the national Level to overcome that obstacle. My contacts from the Rizal chapter are not in a position to push this up to that level.
There is need to further customise the interface to fit the chapter's operation It will be best if I go back to them when I have an operational e-ticketing company, I do not have the resources at the moment to give them the required customisation along with the expenses that go with it.
